Abstract

With the spread of AI technologies, AI chatbots are increasingly being used as AI assistants, such as Apple’s Siri and Amazon’s Alexa, as well as in customer service and corporate web pages. At the same time, however, issues such as AI chatbots’ “abusive” and “discriminatory” remarks against users have been raised. In this research meeting, an overview and examples of AI characters being developed by rinna Co., Ltd. will be introduced, and then, in the form of a workshop, participants will discuss how AI characters can improve society.
