An interview with Professor Yuko Itatsu of the B’AI Global Forum was published in the electronic edition of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun

 

An article titled “Innovations through Gender Analysis: Healthcare and AI, Correcting the ‘Male-Centered Criteria’” in which Yuko Itatsu, who is a professor of the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies at the University of Tokyo and an associate director of the B’AI Global Forum, was interviewed was published in the electronic edition of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun on August 1, 2022. This article focusing on “Gendered Innovations” introduces the project of “The Institute for AI and Beyond at the University of Tokyo” and includes an interview with Prof. Yuko Itatsu on the importance of examining science and technology development from the perspective of the humanities and social sciences.
